You might recognize this beautiful shot from the cover of our Winter 2017 mag issue, if you have not perused those pages you should get to it! I am very excited about sharing this editorial shoot with you this week, strategically placed in the blogging schedule to adhere to the style of the shoot and mood of the season. Today I offer you a small glimpse of the goodness that is to come this week with 3 of my favorite shoot images and a look at the invite + paper suite that one talented creative provided.
The inspiration for this shoot was served up by the nature of Scandinavia and also their cozy winter cottage style. Fur, natural wood, natural winter foliage, and muted tones assembled the elements that provided the style. This shoot centered around a small warm welcoming wedding with deep love taking precedence.
Words from Carli Anna on paper designs: Subtle texture and minimal designs are something I always incorporate into every design. For this suite, I used handmade paper, a timeless + delicate type and clean lines to contrast the deckled edges of the handmade paper. This has a very unconventional and clean layout to make your guests take a second look and pay attention to the details that most matter.
